What sizes do your custom name tags come in?
Choose a 1" × 3", 1.5" × 3" or 2" × 3" rectangle with rounded corners, or a 1.5" × 3" oval. Every size is full-color UV printed.
How much do custom name tags cost?
Name tags are $8.00 for 1" × 3", $8.50 for 1.5" × 3", $8.75 for 2" × 3" and $8.50 for the 1.5" × 3" oval. A magnetic back adds $1.00 and a pin back adds $0.75. Order 10 or more and save: 5% off 10–24, 10% off 25–49, 15% off 50–99 and 20% off 100 or more.
Magnetic or pin back: which should I choose?
A magnetic back holds your name tag without poking holes, which is ideal for nice shirts, blouses and uniforms. A pin back is the classic choice and stays put on thicker fabric like jackets, vests and aprons.
Can I change the colors and font on a premade design?
Yes. Pick each design's colors from swatches or a color picker, or type a hex code or Pantone (PMS) number. You can also choose the text color and one of eight fonts. PMS colors are matched as closely as possible with full-color UV printing and confirmed in your free proof.
Can I upload my own name tag design?
Yes. Download the free template for your size, design with your background running to the bleed edge, and upload a PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG, AI or EPS file at 300 DPI or higher.
Can each name tag have a different name?
Yes. In the Quantity & Names step, list one name per line, with a title if you like. We set up every name tag and include them all in your proof.
Do you offer metal, silver or gold name tags?
Our name tags are printed on white today. Brushed silver and gold materials are coming soon.
Will I see a proof before my name tags are printed?
Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof, and nothing goes to print until you approve it. Need them by a certain date? Add your deadline in the special instructions.
